The Holidays!

It has been way to long time since I have updated "The Jenkins Family Blog,"  3 months to be exact!  The holidays have passed and we are already heading into Spring.  We had a wonderful Christmas and New Years and were blessed enough to spend Christmas and New Years with our family's.   

It was Reece's very 1st Christmas and it could not have been more special.  He was blessed to be surrounded by both sets of grandparents, great grandmas, Aunts and Uncle.  He is one lucky guy!  He even recieved his very first gun.  Of course it was from his grandpa Jack and of course it had to be a Red Ryder BB Gun.

Once Christmas was over we headed to Hilton Head for New Years and lets just not talk about how long it took us to get to HH.  It wasn't pretty!!!  The roads were horrible and traffic was a night mare.  Once we arrived we had a wonderful time but I must say New Years was a little different this year than before.  We went to dinner at 5:00pm, home by 6:15pm and in bed at 10pm.  We are EXCITING!  It was the first time in a long time I haven't seen the ball drop!

Overall, it was a busy holiday season for the Jenkins family but isn't that what the holidays are all about!
